While I can't imagine what

While I can't imagine what you are feeling, my heart breaks for you and your family. As we all grieve and cope with this loss and how it touches each of us personally, I find comfort in what I have seen in this family. Cheryl, always smiling, always positive, your loss is immeasurable, but your personality comforts. Your family, an extension of you, embraces each of us even though you are coping with such a personal loss yourself. I know your faith is holding you up through all this. You are in our thoughts and prayers. All of you. Thank you for allowing us to share in your personal grief as you are not alone.

Army and non-Army families

Army and non-Army families alike share in your grief. Thank you for your Son, Father and Husband, and his contributions to our Country. Our prayers are with you.

His email to a congressional committee was just one more example of his bravery and dedication to his soldiers. My son, now recovering from an IED blast--like so many, may not have to return again, thanks in so many ways to yours Sons sacrifice--an American Hero.

God Bless SSG Matthew Sitton and his Family. I was saddened to hear of your Family's Loss. I grew up on Nolan Drive as well, but never had the pleasure of meeting Matthew. I know in my heart he is in a better place as he walks aside our savior Jesus Christ. I send my prayers to you and your family in this difficult time and know that Matthew left this world as a Hero, a man who knew what was right and one who deeply loved his country.
